Shipment Costs

BRT/DPD:

Our shipments are made on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, via express courier BRT /Bartolini/ with delivery within 24 hours. For the islands and southern Italy: delivery time 48 hours.
The shipment starts after receiving payment, or with payment on delivery. .
Shipping costs are charged to the customer, except for current promotions. Also with regard to any returns, changes or repairs.

Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must ensure the integrity of the packaging.
In case the package is in bad conditions, tampered with or opened, the Customer will have to withdraw it with reserve, in order to verify possible damages.
Once found damage the customer must contact us and communicate the damage within 24 hours of signing the withdrawal.
Our shipping office will communicate 'the modalities' for the return of the package tampered / damaged and replacement with a new one of the same.

For COD shipments
Additional cost of € 4.90 every € 500.00 of expenditure.
Additional cost for insurance package of € 5.90 (optional).
