Warranty and Returns

All products, except for the electric rifle/spring categories, are covered by a warranty which will cover "manufacturing defects" and not damage to a product due to misuse by the user or to improper pellets, batteries or gas.
Products are tested at the time of packing by the manufacturer.
Once the product has been inspected, it is at the discretion of our technicians to decide whether a product is under warranty or not.
Once the actual "manufacturing defect" of the product has been verified, we will return the item to the Customer in perfect working order, at our expense.
If the defect is not a manufacturing defect, the staff will repair the product, after notifying the customer, using the methods and costs that will be agreed upon.
Objects tampered with, disassembled, modified by the customer or by third parties will lose any form of guarantee and will be considered as objects in service.
Packages returned (for whatever reason) to "IL SEMAFORO" must be shipped "carriage paid" (charges to be paid by the customer). The customer must take care of the package to be returned by packing it properly to avoid any tampering/breakage by the courier/postal service. In the event that a returned package is tampered with, the traffic light is not responsible.


Since 2009 Il Semaforo has been offering you assistance before, during and after the sale.
Free assistance on products under warranty for any problem encountered on ASGs due to manufacturing defects.
Once the free assistance has expired, an assistance service will take over: Our technicians, among the most experienced in the sector, will be at your disposal for modifications or repairs.
The labour cost is € 15.00 per hour.
Estimates will be made upon specific request by the customer.
Once the repair has been carried out, our technical department will notify the customer, after which the customer has 120 days to reply, giving us confirmation and the data for shipment.

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchased item, he/she may exchange it for another item or request a refund within and no later than 10 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
Aesthetics, packaging and operation of the returned item must be perfect (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, brochures, etc. ...).
The Satisfied or Refunded formula does not apply to all objects that are clearly used, in poor aesthetic or packaging conditions, or have been tampered with by the Customer or by third parties: if the Customer wishes to return an object anyway, we can take it back, evaluating it as used.
